Chris, Matt, Bob, or any others. Got a new pulley for my PS pump after the old one shattered. Do I need a special tool as mentioned in the FSM to press it on or can I just tap it into place with a peice of PVC and a rubber mallet?

yes you do..go to the zone and rent one. i happen to keep the one i got, anyways you have to pull it off and press it back on. make sure the pully is alinded with the others or the belt will walk off..
