So i finally got new tires , when i went to take off the factory tires 2 of the 4 are rusted on to the jeep, all the lug nuts are out , but the freakin tire wont budge. I got one off by beating it with a plastic dead blow hammer. thats probably how I'm gonna have to get the other one off.
Now with that said here are my questions 2
1, is there a better way to get the tire off? 2, How can i prevent this from happening again?

With the Jeep on jackstands, sit on the ground and kick one side of the tire, either left or right. This should crack it loose.
As for prevention...rotate your tires more often! ;D Seriously, I rotate all my tires every 6k miles or so.

also a little litheum grease on the mounting service will make taking them off in the future easier, also consider putting a lite dab on the stud threads.

when i got my current XJ last fall the aluminum wheels were stuck on real bad. i gave up on beating them. i loosened all th elugs and drove it around town for 30 minutes before they had all broken loose. stopping every few minutes to check them of course. a bumpy pot-holed dirt road works great.

It took me and another kid with (2) 4 foot pry bars to get each rim off my girlfriends 98 xj. It was on the lift and we wer both hanging from the prybars and nothing, had to use a 3lb sledge to help us out.

no need to sweat with all this work. just loosen the lug nuts and drive around the parking lot until they break loose

I usually put a copper base antiloc on my lugnut threads to prevent this from happenning.

I usually put a copper base antiloc on my lugnut threads to prevent this from happenning. I don't think the problem was with the lugnuts rusting solid, but the rim rust-welding itself to the hub.
