I have a 91 yj with a 95 cherokee motor. The cherokee motor as you may know has a small clutch style fan along with a small electric fan, where as the wrangler has a single larger fan in the middle coming off the water pump. The fan setup on my motor is just the single small clutch type which is offset to one side of the radiator. I would like to find a single or dual fan set up for my jeep that will fit my radiator well and remove my clutch style fan set up. I just wanted to know if any of you guys have done this and found something fit well. Im looking for something I can pick up at the junk yard easily. I dont want to spend the 130+ bucks on ebay for what the flexalite fans go for. So any suggestions, if not I guess Im going in to the junk yard with some tools and a tape measure. I know when I had my pathfinder the upgrade for an electric fan was one out of a mini van, murcury villager. Im trying to remeber if it was the same shape as the jeeps radiator.

assuming it is a yj radiator, the electric fan out of a late 80's early 90's ford taurus will fit almost perfectly, if you search , plenty of write up on the web about it.
