i am finally swaping out my stupid fulltime np249 tcase and putting in a np231 from the Jeep princess Todd. from all the writeups ive read i am going to have to switch the input shafts , b/c there were so many lenghts on zj's apparently. luckily since there was a gear cut in 95, my 231 is from a 94 and my zj is also a 94 so i dont have to worry about that.
my question is does anyone have experience with tearing down t-cases like this? i heard it wasnt to hard, just time consuming. any help would be great, thanks.

haha sorry, forgot you were sensitive....
while i have the drive shafts out, where is a good place to get new u-joints? online or drivetrain place doesnt matter.
