Well I'm done with the lift, dropped the T-Case, and still some noticable driveline vibrations, I have a motor mount lift uninstalled in my garage, will that solve it? Its a 3.5" lift but I got about 4.25" out of it.

If you do the MML you should consider doing a 1" body lift at the same time. When you do both at the same time you dont have to move the radiator. With the TC drop thats gonna be a pretty big angle for the engine. I would lose the TC drop and just do a MML and BL.
If it still vibes you should prolly consider a slip yoke eliminator.

Yea i already have the BL in, just need to put the MML in as well. I have heard that a MML isnt as effective as a T-Case drop in eliminating vibes tho, so i might need both until i get an sye.

You will almost always have the rear vibes with the Slip Yoke and the lift.
Heres a quick fix.... Loosen your tranny/Tcase mount under the skid plate (loosen just a little) take you jeep for a 1/2 mile joy ride, then tighten them back up, should aleviate some of the shakes.
Also after the lift in not done, time for a front wheel alignment, that will also cause some of the shakes!
Now save up the cash and get a Slip yoke eliminator. even with the MML and T-case drop, you will almost always have the vibes.
