is anyone running a dual friction. its probly a lil to late to ask, mine just came in. has anyone heard anything good or bad about the off road performance..

If your drag racing a engine that is putting out some where in the area of 500 Hp then a Centerforce is the only way to go!
With the 190 hp 6 cyl your jeep has... stock would have been more than adequate.
To over spin a factory clutch, you need to be making somewhere in the area of over 300 fly wheel hp.
I had on in my blazer (about 300 rear wheel hp stroked .60 over chevy small block with lots of go fast goodies), was not very forgiving off road, there is not a whole lot of "play" in the clutch, either grabs, or disengages, so when your crawling on a rock and balancing the clutch and gas, will be a little jerky and grabby (especially for the first few thoushand miles)
Personally, I would have saved some $$ and went with the stock replacement.

i went to buy a starter one day, and the stock one cost a few bucks more=\ but i needed it. so since then i dont by stock inless i have to. i was going to get the stage two, and the guy most have got confused when i asked how the duel performed off road. all well. this give me an excuse to throw in a stroker ..and it has a lift time garenty with no questions asked. so why not. the only reson im doing the clutch in becuz the though out barring if gone and i need to do the rear main..i know its a two peace, but the dewaler did it when i got it in Nov, and its leaked since i got it back..if you want something done right you gota do it your self.. as far as the help..all i need is the ilinment tool. i havent looked to hard for one. i plain on doing next weekend i looked a lil closer and it is a stage two. i guess they share the same presser plate
