wobbling front tires (bad) HELP ME ASAP

my front tires start to wobble bad at random time and also when hit a pothole or bump with only one tire, i dont have sway bar end connects my father is welding exctensions in the original ones i need help with the wobble though ASAP can someone please help me i have pictures of the whole thing if that will help. also have other not as important questions if someone could help me out

its called DEATH WOBBLE, and 9x out of 10 its tracbar related, and like justin said, didnt you already ask this question?
