OK 297x U Joints are the greasable ones and the 760's are not the greasable ones?

its nothing a drill and tap cant fit..though a zerk in the midle of one of that caps and your good to go

I was under the impression that one is a greasable version and one is not. there more than likely is no grease zerk, usually the U joints will have a needle type attachment that goes on the grease gun and that is incerted into the joint to lube.
Regardless, I want nongreasable ones.

760X are not greasable. they superceded the 297's, i dont think those were greasable.

just ask for the 760 non greasible at the parts store, open the box, and if youre wrong get the other ones!

greasable=weaker You'll break a greasable one before a non-greasable one's life is up. Just keep a couple spares handy.
