Well possible a new mod that I will be doing but from looking around the internet, many people say that they need a longer front driveshaft after the shackel reversal. Is this true? If so should I will probably go with revolver shackles to get me some more flex? Does that effect the on road driving? Also what about the zbox for the rear?

I am a fan of the shackle reversal and the Revolver shackles, not a huge fan of the Z boxs on a Daily Driver. the shackle reversal is a great way to imporve the suspension for off road, does not neccisaryily allow for more flex, but does improve angle of approach. also (asuming you understand the geometry of the YJ leaf spring suspension) in a stock set up, when the axle is put through its range of motion, the (for example flexing up) the axle travels up, as well as foward, making the tires accually push towards what ever you are trying to get over. in the SR set up, it is the opposite, when you flex your axle in the up direction, the the axles goes up, and back, which makes for climbing over some obsticles easier. unfortunatly when street driving, and in an emergency situation when the brakes are applied hard, a SR can cause some unpredictable steering woes.
there are plenty of ways to improve the flexibility of leaf spring suspensions. If you want a cheap suspension, that flexes great, an option that I long considered was SR up front (that supplies about 1.5" of aditional lift) and a 3/4 eliptic rear suspension made from some old leaf springs (why I took you old bend spring) Plenty of research is done, and out there.

My rear actually flexes pretty good but I wanted more flex up front. The reversal is my first choice just for the geometry factor. What kind did you get/ recommend? and what about the driveshaft problem?

My rear actually flexes pretty good but I wanted more flex up front. Have you taken out the front and rear trac-bars yet? They are not really needed on a YJ (heck, CJ's never even had them!) I know it made a huge difference in the flex of my YJ.

I actually still have the trackbars in. This weekend I am removing the rear though. I need to get some discos for the front but I have been too cheap to buy them.

You have so much potential flex and you don't even know it!
Get rid of the rear trac-bar and add some quick-discos for the front sway bar.
You can always unbolt the front trac-bar and see how you like the ride.
