it depends on what you mean by mud on the dash... if hot water wont do it, then try simple green, that stuff takes the chrome off of a bumper! (not really, but it works great!)

What i mean by mud on the dash...is like there is mud on my dash. So much that when I drive, it flyes off and hits me.
How do i get the dash off again?!

Pull the defroster vent off the top of the dash. there are two screws that are located under it. then take out the ash tray, there is a screw behind that. pull off the center section of the dash. the glove box is easy to take out, you'll figure it out. The drivers side kneww bolster comes out sith some screws that are located along the bottom and I think the 03 has two under the gauge cluster. pull off. I honestly forget how the gauge cluster itself comes out, but it is pretty easy.

the 03's dont have the third screw behind the ashtray, because there is no ashtray! (unless you got the smoker's group) the knee bolster comes out different too, there are no screws along the bottom, there are just 2 screws that are obvious, near the top, the rest of it is held in by clips. I have not taken the instrument cluster out, but it can't be that bad...
