You can get the weld on bracket kit from RE that will work with a radius arm suspention from various manufacturors, as well as the stock setup for now.

i don't know what you have going on in your frt suspension. but you can buy a full bracket kit to put a 44 in the frt of an xj / tj / zj etc.etcetcetcetcetcetcetc

i know that i would need a bracket kit. i was wondering about the control arms and such more than anything
also are there any advantages of going to a radius arm setup as apposed to buying a kit like the TNT long arm kit for the front?

or i could also swap in an 8.8 in the rear
stronger than the 8.25 and disc brakes, same bolt pattern and it would leave the front alone. and all i would have to do it get pring perches welded in?

i think you should buy the axles. wheel your jeep as it is now in the mean while building the axles. then when you are ready swap it all around.
stop talking on the intraweb and get some real world off-road experience. for the love of god!

im going to go out wheeling.. its just hard for me to get time off from work to go with you guys..
me and my 2 friends that go wheeling are looking at going in a week or so during the week but were cant find anywhere to go.

Keep on researching, talking to people and then come back with some more questions!
Price out front bracket kits (rubicon express makes a nice one), and spring perches (you can reuse your rear shock mounts pretty easily).
Then do some reading about short arm, and long arm (radius arm) suspension systems. and price them out. I would also start browsing the local 4wd boards for sale secions, used lifts or parts of lifts usually come up fairly often for decent money and you can piece together an entire setup for cheaper then buying new.
doing your hw, gaining experience is half the fun of building your rig

The TNT setup is a radius arm design for the front of a cherokee.

well i did some more searching and reading around and such. im pretty sure for now im going to hold off on swapping in the 9" and the D44. im going to swap in an 8.8. it will allow me to keep the same bolt pattern and ill just work with that right now. ill gear and lock the D30 and the 8.8 and go have some fun

get a 8.8 that's geared to 4.10, then match the front to it, thats your best low buck build.

id probably swap in 4.56 gears and i would get c-clip eliminator axle upgrade for it as well

If so, why waste money on gearing axles you plan to remove again anyway? You could gear the front 30 and lock it. Leave the 8.8 alone. I'm pretty sure 4.10s are good enough to get you out on the trail with your 34's for a year or two. It may not be the ideal gearing, but look at the money you're saving. Put it towards better things for the future. You'd still maintain driveability as well.

it sounds like you have absolutely no idea what you want to do, and change your mind everytime you see something new and cool on the intraweb...yeah you can plan out the sickest rig from crap you see online, and then you realize it would take forever and cost mucho $$$$, do your own reality checks
